What benefits can I expect for my organisation?

Figure with a trophyAction Learning made such a difference at the BBC, where Will Perry was Head of Action Learning and was acknowledged in the ROI Institute’s evaluation report as having:

  • A significant contribution to the BBC establishing a coaching culture
  • Helped developed managers away from a ‘sell and tell’ style, towards a more ‘enabling’ style
  • Helped organisationally by getting managers reflecting jointly on each others issues

Even though Action Learning was an optional element, 89% of managers engaged in it with 77% reported their experience as ‘very positive’ and the remaining 23% reporting it as ‘positive’ remembering that approximately 560 managers were engaged in Action Learning at any one time.
