ILM Accredited training for your facilitators.

We are recognised by the ILM to train and accredit your facilitators in the skillful art of Action Learning. Our aim is always to leave you equipped to run your own Action Learning sets, yet we never leave you stranded.

We have much experience to pass on to your facilitators and it won’t surprise you that we run our training in an Action Learning format.

Yet it doesn’t stop there, we ensure your facilitators contine to develop themselves and the sets they work with. Like coaches need supervision, we ensure the quality of your continued Action Learning sets by helping your facilitators focus on their development, sharing and solving problems in an Action Learning format. These sessions are open surgery sessions, often every quarter, focussed on the art of Action Learning facilitation, helping with any isues that have arrisen from their own experiences.
