What is Action Learning?
Action Learning is a hugely practical, problem solving approach that is like group coaching, where learning and work are seamlessly blended, without it feeling like hard work! It’s energising, helps you get to the heart of an issue and gives you actions you want to take to move you forward.
But it doesn’t stop there, when you’re helping others work through their issues you’re developing your coaching and problem-solving skills, while at the same time learning new approaches to shared issues. It’s called double-loop learning and we think you’ll like it!
Our simple, structures help you work through problems by exploring them more thoroughly, holding off the natural temptation to focus on solutions until you’ve got to the heart of the issue.
You take it in turns to be the client and we facilitate the session to ensure everyone gets maximum benefit. We see it as one of the most significant investments you can make with your time.
