What are Mega-Mastermind Groups?

Our Mega-Mastermind groups add exclusivity to your development journey and we’re really excited about them!

Your commitment is for a year and the size is limited to only 8 Leaders, creating a much more intimate, trusted group, ensuring more quality time for you.  The Mastermind group meet for 10 whole-day sessions across the year.

In addition each member of the group has 3 x 90min. 1:1 developmental meetings with Will Perry to use any time during this period.

And it doesn’t stop there; each member will complete an MBTI psychometric assessment and have a 1:1 feedback session to establish his or her natural preferences and potential areas of in the first quarter.  With all members in the group having benefitted from this approach it will accelerate the groups learning and understanding, giving it unprecedented access to hidden potential.

As if that wasn’t enough, included in this pack are two separate days training within the first quarter, delivered by Will Perry (a licensed NLP Trainer) in some of the skills and techniques of NLP that are most beneficial to your business and your personal development.
