What are Mastermind Groups?

A Mastermind Group in a circleA Mastermind Group has the sole purpose of helping you achieve all and more of what you are striving for. It’s a group of people with the common purpose and commitment to help each other achieve, through listening, offering support, encouragement, feedback, ideas, suggestions and challenge in a relaxed, safe and comfortable environment.

We work with groups of up to 12, meeting for a whole day every month, committing to a 6 month period. Alternatively our Mini-Mastermind groups are smaller groups working to half-day sessions every 3 weeks.

Something special happens when people come together with a common purpose, yet people so often work together without a shared purpose. In our Mastermind Groups you share a common purpose and tap into something special…and the results are fantastic.

Some of the benefits from being in one of our Mastermind Groups:

  1. You have a group of people committed to helping you succeed
  2. You get new perspectives, feedback and appropriate challenge
  3. Your group bring resources and connections to the table you did not have on your own
  4. You receive inspiration and accountability from the group, helping you to maintain focus on achieving your goals
  5. You have the confidence to go beyond your comfort zone and achieve more than you ever would have before
  6. You have the experience, expert facilitation and guidance of a Development Professional from Changing Post
